We aim to make our furniture accessible across borders. To ensure you get the most accurate shipping rates, we use a dual-system approach.

International Delivery Options

1. Automatic Online Calculation

For the following countries, shipping costs are calculated automatically in your cart:

• EU Members: Germany, Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Romania
• Non-EU: Ukraine

Simply add your items to the cart and select your country to see the final delivery price instantly. If you finalise your payment at this point, we will (almost always) dispatch your order on the next working day.

Note:

Due to rather complicated nature of bulky delivery and VAT regulations, the automatic calculations you’ll see in your cart might sometimes be incorrect or unnecessarily expensive. If this does happen to you please choose the ‘proforma invoice’ as your payment method and give us all the necessary details, notes or requests in the cart comment box.
We’ll either send you the appropriate, correct invoice immediately or contact you back to discuss details, as necessary.
Please note: your only payment option in this scenario will be a banking transfer, but we accept both local transfers in your local currency as well as SEPA Euro transfers.

2. Custom Quotes (Other EU & Worldwide)

Don’t see your country on the list? No problem. We can deliver almost anywhere else, but because furniture is bulky, we calculate these costs individually to find you the best possible rate.

How to order if you are outside the list above:

1. Add all of your items to the cart.
2. Proceed to checkout, fill out the form and select “Proforma Invoice” as your payment method.
3. Give all extra details, notes or requests in the “Additional information” box.
4. Place the order. This won’t charge you yet!
5. Our team will calculate the shipping offer and contact you shortly with a final quote for your approval.

VAT Exemption for EU Business Customers (EU B2B)

Our store operates from Poland and therefore any purchase made from another EU country qualifies as an intra-community purchase under EU law.

This means that if you are making a purchase for a EU-based company (registered outside of Poland) with a VAT number registered for EU transactions (active VAT number in VIES database), you do NOT pay VAT on your purchase with us. You only pay the net amount for your order.

Orders with an active EU VAT number are exempt from VAT.

You can easily verify your VAT status in VIES database here: VAT number verification (VIES)

How to apply for VAT exemption order: Simply enter your Company Name and VAT Number (including the country prefix) during checkout. Our system will verify the number with VIES database, and – if appropriate – the VAT will be automatically deducted from your final invoice.

Please note: VIES database is sometimes not accessible or overwhelmed with requests, which might lead to VAT being calculated incorrectly. If this happens to you, kindly please follow the steps described in paragraph 2. Custom Quotes (Other EU & Worldwide) above, i.e. choose ‘Proforma invoice’ as your payment method and provide us with all necessary details in the comment box. We’ll get back to you with appropriate proforma invoice as quickly as possible.
