1. Returning Goods

If you are making a purchase as a Consumer (in accordance with Article 22[1] of the Civil Code) or as a natural person conducting business activity, but the contract does not relate to your professional activity, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Please note that the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to businesses, such as companies or other legal entities. This also applies to sole proprietorships if the purchased goods are related to the business activity, as provided for in Article 38 of the Civil Code. The reason for this is to protect the interests of the parties in professional relationships—the right to withdraw from the contract is a privilege arising from consumer protection, which does not apply to professional activities.

How is the withdrawal period calculated?

The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) received the goods.

How to request a return?

The goods must be returned within 14 days of the date of the return request. The date of effective return is considered to be the date the shipment is sent. A return request must be submitted by completing the following return form:

Return Costs

You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. Please also secure the package carefully to avoid any damage during transport.

Important Information

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from their use beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will issue a credit memo. The document will be sent electronically after obtaining your consent. Please check your email regularly to avoid delays in the process.
